One to one drum lessons booking information

For lessons, all you need to bring is yourself, and perhaps your favorite sticks!
What you will learn (more detailed syllabus ideas here);
Lessons are constructed of a combination of my own syllabus, and other sources such as
the Trinity Guildhall Grade Syllabus.
Lessons follow my system but are also tailored to individual's needs, for instance if you
are a beginner or have some experience and wish to progress further. Lessons are
formed as technical exercises, play-alongs, playing along with another live instrument,
theory, and exam prep. I can also assist those who are working on songs for a band.
You don't need a drum kit initially, but of course an inability to practice will eventually
hinder your progression and therefore take the enjoyment out of it.
You can take your learning as far as you wish- that is your choice. Some people have a
specific target and some are happy to keep learning. Remember you never really get to
the end, and the great advantage of having a teacher is the feedback, and also the
experience you can draw on.
I can guarantee that I am 100% dedicated to the art of drumming and will always try and
inspire students to be the best they can.
Examples of what you will learn- Time Keeping, multiple styles, Co-ordination,
Independence, technique, exams, playing in a band, grip and control, maintenance and
tuning, theory, reading/scoring, musical terms, speed/endurance, how to develop feet etc.
